Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Incorrect or Faulty Product

If you receive damaged or incorrect package, please contact us first, and then we will have it replaced as soon as possible.
To Start a return process, you can contact us at info@shopumila.com. Please note that we do not cover or refund the return shipping fee, unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us atinfo@shopumila.com

Missing Refund

We notify all customers once the refund is processed from our end. Processing time for us is 5 to 7 working days. If you still have not received a refund yet, Please contact your bank, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.

Return Postage

Please contact us at info@shopumila.com and we will provide you with all the details you will need to send the product back to us.
